Regarding the so-called export of brains for scientific purposes, Health Minister Aliu has told Koha that he’s initiated a working group that will check the situation from an administrative standpoint.
“I had a meeting within the Ministry with different sectors, we’ve created a working group that will follow the administrative aspect concerning said period if there was some memorandum on scientific research or an analysis”, he adds.
Aliu points out that the public will be informed at a press conference once the analysis of the situation is completed. Also, in a press release, the Health Ministry has said it doesn’t have direct competences regarding the scientific-research activity.
