The list of candidates in the race for new Prosecutor General has arrived at the Council of Public Prosecutors. A session will be scheduled at which members will consider candidacies and voice a (positive or negative) opinion on each person.
The legal deadline is 15 days. Afterwards, the Government will nominate to Parliament a candidate that’s received a positive opinion.
When it comes to the race for new Constitutional Court Judge, who will succeed Dukovska, the Judicial Council has published a competition that will last 15 days.
