SDSM and VMRO-DPMNE have continued to trade accusations over the marijuana case.
As the former points out, the silence about how five tons ended up in Serbia is not a coincidence, but rather an indicator that the “scandal” goes all the way to the top of the government, which somebody is trying to cover up.
However, VMRO-DPMNE points out that the SDSM-led cabinet, in 2020, was planning to fully legalize marijuana, as proven by the license to produce cannabis flower not meeting norms, which prevented cannabis oil from being available in circulation.
