The Health Ministry has said that it remains fully committed to the passage and implementation of the antismoking law, according to legal deadlines.
Currently, the analysis of the comments arrived through ENER, as well as of stands presented by institutions and the business community, is currently being finalized.
The final version of the draft text will be sent to the Government next week. According to the Ministry, the fact that there will be action in stages doesn’t mean its implementation following the passage by Parliament will be postponed.
