Inspectorate for Languages inspectors conducted supervision on the Justice Ministry’s premises on Thursday too. According to Sitel, the Ministry provided all documents requested by them in relation to the Bar Exam issue.
Though it’s cooperating, Filkov’s institution considers the supervision activities to be unlawful, saying that, over that, it has submitted a report to the Inspectorate.
The Ministry points out that there are essential oversights because there is only a petition from students, not an official initiative, while there is no order in writing from Inspectorate Director Arsim Idrizi either. He is yet to comment on the matter.
Asked about the topic, President Siljanovska Davkova said interpreting the Constitution and laws in line with a partisan directive was not allowed. In the petition, the students say should be allowed to take the Exam in Albanian.
