Regarding the Middle East situation, PM Mickoski said on Thursday the security situation regarding Macedonia was stable and peaceful.
At Sunday’s Security Council session convened by President Siljanovska Davkova, he stated, an analysis was carried out based on information received from the services and from the Interior and Defense Ministries. However, Mickoski believes that economic challenges are possible in the future.
Nonetheless, regarding a potential increase of the prices of oil derivatives, he stated that discussions were underway with the Ministry of Finance to reduce the excise duty in order to reduce the impact on the living standard of citizens.
