Though the series of announced changes and processes related to obtaining a club license are still within procedure in the frames the Government, the Economy Ministry has said there’s been much stricter action, i.e. just eight clubs managed to get one in 2025. Among the activities are the formation of commissions that will comprehensively analyze every application.
Asked about the issue of formation of the committee of inquiries over the Kochani fire and other tragedies, Parliament Speaker Gashi has said there is nothing new, adding that it’s up to Parliamentary Groups to get organized according to the Rules of Procedure or submit a composition document to at a committee level in Parliament.
