SDSM Levels Accusations at Government over Hronos Sum Case

On Tuesday, SDSM’s Aleksandar Sasha Dimitrijevikj accused the Government of including a company connected to U.S.-blacklisted Montenegrin businessperson Miodrag Davidovic in its energy plans. As he explained, Energy Minister Bozhinovska has since January included Hronos Sum in the Annual Plan for the Construction of Energy Facilities for 2026.

According to SDSM’s Anticorruption Team, the company is part of an offshore network, with ownership moving from Montenegro, through Panama, and back.

“This is a classic model for hiding the beneficial owners and the origin of capital”, Dimitrijevikj added.

The company owns over 900 hectares of land in the Shtip region, intended for the construction of photovoltaic power plants, according to SDSM, which demanded the decision be abolished right away and that the Public Prosecutor’s Office open a case over the matter.
