In an interview with Telma, regarding Develop Group’s construction of a hotel in Ohrid, DPM and Transport Minister Nikoloski says the key question is who does construction, i.e., who the investor is and what money is being used. In that regard, he referred to former secret police chief Mijalkov and former Prosecutor Vilma Ruskovska.
“The key question here is how Sasho Mijalkov’s money was legalized so he could build hotels, he will perhaps build another hotel in the future. They were legalized through a decision by Vilma Ruskovska, who allegedly collected 36 million euros from him and legalized the others. So, there is no urbanism violation there. There is no illegal structure there”, he stresses, adding that the question is about why the legalization of the money was allowed.
