Constitutional Court President Kostadinovski, in an interview for MTV1’s With Facts show, regarding the Law on the Use of Languages on which there is a case within the Court, says that fears and political tensions surrounding the issue are being baselessly created.
“I want to make an appeal because I see too much manipulation with this issue. Nobody will touch the Albanian language. The Constitutional Court exists to help constitutionally guaranteed rights, whether they are linguistic, whether they are proper equitable representation, to be protected, not to abolish them”, he stresses.
Kostadinovski points that the opinion of the Venice Commission should not be interpreted selectively.
