The Government is preparing new measures regarding the price situation. However, they will be introduced after a detailed analysis is carried out.
“I first expect to get a report today and for us to analyze them these days, and after we analyze it very carefully, we will then surely present certain measures. We want them to this time be micro-targeted”, PM Mickoski said on Tuesday.
The same day, the ERC presented the new prices of oil derivatives entering into force at midnight. The per-liter price of diesel and gas is falling by 2.5 and 1.5 denars respectively.
Later on Tuesday, media reported the analysis prepared by the Ministry of Economy, in cooperation with the State Market Inspectorate, had shown a minimal increase in food prices.
