On Tuesday, SDSM leader Filipche leveled a series of accusations against VMRO-DPMNE and PM Mickoski, claiming that there were a large number of officials within the Government who held Bulgarian passports.
According to him, that’s the reason why Parliament’s ruling majority rejected SDSM’s bill under which the PM, DPMs, Ministers, and other members of the Government would not be allowed to hold dual citizenship.
The SDSM leader accused the cabinet of being hypocritical, because, in his view, though some of the officials hold Bulgarian citizenship, they are at the same time against the inclusion of Bulgarians and other minorities in the Constitution.
