A judge for the execution of sanctions of the Criminal Court has issued the notice for former Karposh Mayor Jakimovski to report to the Shuto Orizari prison on July 2 to start serving his sentence. The decision follows the Appellate Court’s confirmation of the first-instance verdict sentencing him to one year in prison in the unlawful construction case.
Jakimovski told Kanal 5 on Thursday that he was yet to receive the notice, but announced that he would request a postponement of serving his prison sentence.
