Tuesday’s hearing in the IPARD trial was postponed due to the worsened health condition of defendant Fejzula Fejzula.
The Shuto Orizari prison informed the Criminal Court in the morning that emergency medical assistance had been called for him, as well as that doctors had determined that he was unable to attend the hearing.
