Cabinet Reshuffle Procedure Starting, DPT Joins Ruling Structure

The procedure to elect new ministers within the cabinet reshuffle process will be on Parliament’s agenda on Monday (July 13). Also, in relation to the process, the ruling majority has increased.

Democratic Party of Turks (DPT) has left the DUI-led European Front and joined the VMRO-DPMNE-led coalition. Now, the ruling majority in Parliament has 59 MPs.

As of Monday, it will be known which department within the cabinet will be headed by a DPT member. On Friday, PM Mickoski said a strong country was built when politics didn’t create new divisions, but rather new partnerships.
