On Tuesday, VMRO-DPMNE again accused SDSM, Levica, and DUI of having no real intention of reaching an agreement to pass the draft Electoral Code. On the other hand, SDSM leader Filipche said the latest proposals regarding the draft Code had once again confirmed that Levica was an opposition actor controlled by Mickoski.
LDP leader and MP Zajkova voiced a position on the Code issue, too, calling for parties to vote through only OSCE/ODIHR recommendations in order to ensure citizens wouldn’t lose four million euros from the Growth Plan.
Also on Tuesday, after the promotion of the vehicles for the State Transport Inspectorate, EU Ambassador Rokas said his hope was that compromise over the Code matter would be reached that day.
