Prosecutor General Savevski has said that the Prosecutor’s Office will decide whether to file an appeal against the acquittal in the Thaler 2 case once it sees the arguments in the written verdict. On Friday, he stated that was the case when it came to all processes.
Asked about Lenche Ristoska, he said that had she not resigned, she would have continued to be in charge of the case. However, Ristoska stated that it was not true.
The Criminal Court said the first-instance verdict was being written and would be delivered to the parties as soon as possible.
