At Monday’s plenary session, Parliament accepted Goce Naumovski’s resignation as Constitutional Court Judge. VMRO-DPMNE MP and Deputy Speaker Antonijo Miloshoski stated that Naumovski would not address parliamentarians to explain his resignation. Naumovski submitted his resignation on July 16.
The Constitutional Court stated at the time that it had not received an official notification from him, i.e., Court President Kostadinovski was notified of the resignation by Parliament Speaker Gashi. Naumovski was elected in February of this year.
