Regarding Arben Fetai’s appointment as Special Envoy for the EU, the Government has told Telma that it aims at the country having a person that will work on concrete strategic priorities and contribute to national interests being achieved more efficiently.
Among his obligations will be to represent the country and protect its interests in international communication, identify political and diplomatic challenges, promote the results of reform processes, and initiate visits by senior representatives of the EU to Skopje. On his Facebook page, Fetai expressed gratitude to the cabinet and PM Mickoski for the confidence shown in him.
