In New York on Monday, PM Mickoski held an official meeting with U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau. The meeting provided an opportunity for open and substantive dialogue on the strategic partnership with the U.S., deepening political and economic cooperation, and addressing issues of mutual interest to both countries.
“At a time of serious geopolitical challenges and changes in international relations, it is of exceptional importance to us to maintain strong, stable, and principled relations with our strategic partners. The U.S. is our longstanding strategic partner and ally, while direct communication at a high political level is an important component of further strengthening those relations”, PM Mickoski said.
