Court administration employees of the Kumanovo Court have complained of workplace mobbing by the institution’s President, Snezhana Manev. They accuse her of insulting them daily on religious and ethnic grounds, as well as of directing profanities at them.
The administrative staff have informed the Judicial Council and the Ministry of Justice about the situation. On Tuesday, they staged a protest outside the Court’s building during their break.
The trade union threatened that they would go on strike if the competent authorities did not review the conduct of the court president. However, the Court President denied the employees’ allegations. The protest was initiated by three individuals who had been penalized for refusing work tasks, Manev pointed out.
