A new hearing was held in the Kochani fire trial on Tuesday.
There was no reconstruction, but rather construction-craft works and interior decoration, the expert witness proposed by Dejan Jovanov said in his testimony in favor of the accused Pulse owner. According to the expert, the facility was built in accordance with the approved project design and with standard construction materials.
His testimony provoked an outraged reaction among the parents of the victims. They stated that the claims were arbitrary and unsubstantiated, demanding that the court disregard them.
