Former DPM Grubi was welcomed on Tuesday night with fireworks, flares, and firecrackers in Chair Municipality, after his house arrest measure had expired within the framework of the State Lottery trial. Dozens of citizens, friends, and supporters gathered to greet his release from house arrest.
Grubi distanced himself from the organization of the welcome, stating that he hadn’t organized the event. The former official’s lawyers pointed out that the gathering had been organized on the own initiative of neighbors, friends, and citizens, and not by Grubi.
