The court hearing in Ohrid against lawyer Toni Menkinoski, who’s facing a misdemeanour charge for violation of public order and peace in the case concerning the Vergina Sun flag, was not held on Tuesday either. The process was not carried out because representatives of the Interior Ministry didn’t show up. “It’s obvious that the Interior Ministry is running away from a meeting,” the lawyer said, adding that he didn’t feel guilty at all. According to Menkinoski, there is no international, bilateral or multilateral agreement that prevents him, as a Macedonian, from hoisting the flag.
