Following a two-day debate, the Committee on Mandatory-Immunity Issues didn’t make on Saturday a decision on the issue of revocation of MP and former PS Trajko Veljanoski’s immunity as a result of the latest developments in the investigation into the case concerning the 27 April 2017 attacks in Parliament. DUI MP Agim Shaqiri didn’t attend the vote due to health reasons, MP Pavle Bogoevski, Chairperson of the Commission, said. The vote ended in a tie. That means the decision will need to be made by Parliament. A plenary session is expected to be scheduled within a maximum of three days after the Committee’s report is sent to PS Talat Xhaferi.
