Dzolev: Media to Blame for Perception about Judiciary Being Corrupt

According to Criminal Court President Ivan Dzolev, the media is to blame for the bad perception that the judiciary is corrupt. As he said on Thursday, who’s corrupt is citizens, who personally have tried to bribe him and give him a tip to solve some case of theirs, themselves. Dzolev stated that citizens had done that with many judges he knew. At the public debate organised by the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC), the Criminal Court President presented also a stand that the judiciary should be praised for the number of solved cases, especially considering the pandemic.
