The public and transparency in the work of the court and all institutions that are directly related to the work of the courts and exercise of the rights of citizens, like the lawyers, enforcement agents, notaries public, bankruptcy managers and others, contribute to bringing the system closer to citizens and strengthening the confidence in justice system, Ilir Sulejmani, President of the Basic Court Skopje 2 said Thursday on the occasion of the European Day of Civil Justice. “Confidence is tough to develop and easy to lose. I assure you that the work of all the judges and employees of this Court is aimed at gaining your trust. The right to a fair trial is not a privilege, but a right of citizens, and an obligation of the courts,” Sulejmani noted.
