Fetai: I would not like to interfere in “Racketeering” Case

Prosecutor Fatime Fetai from the Special Public Prosecution (SPO) answered journalists’ questions in relation to the “Racketeering” case on Monday, before she attended the hearing over the “Titanic 3” case. “I would not like to interfere in this case, because the processes are conducted by another Public Prosecution, not SPO. Prosecutors from SPO continue with their work, which is why I am here today. In relation to the suspicions of possible influences over SPO prosecutors for the outcomes of the cases they process, I can assure you that each and every case that I have processed is clean from any outer influence,” Fetai said.
