Government sends Draft-law on Public Prosecution to Parliament

The Government of Macedonia adopted at its 146th session on Tuesday the information to officially submit the Draft-law on Public Prosecution to the Macedonian Parliament, with a European flag and is to be adopted in a shortened procedure. Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi said that if all conditions are met and all procedures are conducted without any delays, the law may be adopted by the end of this August. From VMRO-DPMNE they reported on Tuesday afternoon that they are preparing another Draft-law on Public Prosecution. “The law prepared by the government of SDSM is unacceptable, because it protects the corrupted network of racketeers currently in position of power,” they report from VMRO-DPMNE.
