In the last 24 hours, 86 new COVID-19 cases have been registered, the Health Ministry said on Monday. It was added that the same period had seen 808 new tests, 856 new cured patients, and 37 new deaths. The number of active cases in the country is 16,049. According to Health Minister Venko Filipce, the drop in COVID-19 cases is being felt in hospitals throughout the country. “Compared to the highest number of hospitalised patients, 1,789, that number now is around 1,400,” he said in that regard. Filipce also stated that 10,000 Pfizer vaccines would arrive on Monday through a direct contract. According to him everyone who has received a vaccine in Serbia except those that have received the AstraZeneca jab will be able to be revaccinated in Macedonia.
