Jovanovski and Janeva to give Statement Monday and Tuesday respectively

On Monday, Bojan Jovanovski, also known as Boki 13, one of the suspects in the Racketeering case, will be taken from the Prison in Suto Orizari to the Prosecutor’s Office for Organised Crime and Corruption to give a statement. The second suspect in the case, Zoran Milevski gave a statement. However, according to Fokus, he exercised his right to remain silent. The third suspect, former Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva, according to her lawyer, Irena Frckoska, will give a statement on Tuesday. Janeva will remain in detention because of the rejected guarantee in property by a judge in previous procedure and, after the Office had sent a negative opinion. The President of the International Alliance’s Assembly, Agapi Dika, following Friday’s interrogation, said she didn’t know where the money that had being transferred by businesspersons to the organisation was. “The investigation will show,” she said, answering all other journalists’ questions.
