Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Red Cross Sign Memorandum

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia signed a Memorandum of Cooperation for more efficient coordination at a humanitarian event for collecting aid to Ukraine. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bujar Osmani, thanked the Red Cross, as well as the Chambers of Commerce that started their relief activities. The Ambassador of Ukraine Natalia Zadorozhniuk thanked the institutions, companies, but also all citizens who responded to their call. “Russia is now at war with the entire civilized, democratic world, and Ukraine is at the forefront of this war. It is very difficult for us, Russia wants to destroy Ukraine, to destroy democracy and freedom near its borders. But we are fighting and we will fight because we are citizens of our country and the whole civilized world is with us,” she said.
