The Speaker of the Montenegrin Parliament Ivan Brajovic paid on Wednesday an official visit to Macedonia. Brajovic met the PM of Macedonia Zoran Zaev, with whom he spoke about the ongoing political events in Macedonia and the cooperation with Montenegro. Brajovic congratulated Zaev on the adoption of the Prespa Agreement, adding that Montenegro is ready to sign the protocol for accession of Macedonia in NATO, once all procedures in the Greek Parliament on the Prespa Agreement are complete. “Macedonia has made a historic breakthrough to move ahead and we believe the EU, on its part, will give the proper support. There is no dilemma that a stable, successful, European Macedonia – Republic of North Macedonia I believe very soon – is an indispensable factor for stability and success of our region,” Brajovic said.
