The Bundestag is the only technical obstacle that prevented Macedonia from getting a date for membership negotiations on Tuesday. The Deputy PM for European Affairs, Bujar Osmani, says that there are no dilemmas that the decision in October will be positive. He denies that seven Member States were against a date. French Ambassador Christian Thimonier, too, considers Tuesday’s decision not to be disappointing. He reiterates that adoption of laws doesn’t mean reform implementation.
