Poll: Majority of Citizens Oppose Foreign Policy and Sanctions Against Russia

The news web portal MKD.mk revealed new details from the recent poll about the political situation in the country. The new details reveal that majority of the citizens are not pleased with the country’s foreign policy concerning the events between Russia and Ukraine. Over 60% of the citizens do not support the sanctions against Russia, and almost 71% do not support the country’s decision to provide assistance to Ukraine in form of arms. From MKD.mk they inform that even when broken up by ethnicity, still majority of Macedonians, Albanians, Turks and Serbs and other ethnicities oppose the current foreign policy about the situation between Russia and Ukraine. The poll was conducted between 7 and 13 November over a representative population sample of 1,200 interviewees, with statistical error probability of +/-3%.
