Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi met on Saturday in Skopje President of the Turkish Parliament Mustafa Sentop. Turkey is great supporter of North Macedonia and its progress, which is why our Parliament ratified the NATO Protocol for Accession of North Macedonia very quickly. The cooperation between the two countries is on a rather satisfactory level, and we are very glad that the Turks living in Macedonia can properly observe with state support the Day of Turkish Language,” Sentop said. PS Xhaferi said that Turkey is a great friend of Macedonia, pointing out the Turks living in Macedonia and Turks that have moved from Macedonia to Turkey as an important link in this friendship.
