Presidential race: Three candidates Collect necessary Number of Signatures

Stevo Pendarovski, Gordana Siljanovska Davkova and Blerim Reka are the only presidential candidates that have collected the necessary number of signatures. The other candidates haven’t even come close to the required number, 10,000. One of them has collected just three signatures. The deadline for citizens to check whether their names are part of the voter list expires in three days. 50,000 people have so far done that. The procedure for voting abroad is underway, too. However, there hasn’t been much interest. So far, just 290 applications have arrived, five of which have been rejected.
