Ruskovska: Skopje BPO has Competence over Audio Materials

Prosecutor Vilma Ruskovska said on Monday that the Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecution of Organised Crime and Corruption will not launch a procedure over the latest audio materials because that fell under the competence of the  Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office (BPO) in Skopje. As she added, everyone who has information about a committed crime has to inform either the police or the Prosecutor’s Office. “Otherwise, they themselves are committing a crime,” Ruskovska explained. According to VMRO-DPMNE, the party isn’t afraid of any recordings. “The only one that should be afraid is SDSM leader and former PM Zoran Zaev because he’s been directly linked to criminal affairs over the past period,” the opposition party said.
