At the sessions of the Executive and Central Committee in Ohrid, VMRO-DPMNE reaffirmed the support for the mayoral candidates of the coalition of Alliance for Albanians and Alternative (AA-A). In municipalities where it has no candidates in the second round of the elections, the party has announced support for opposition candidates, including for Kumanovo’s Maksim Dimitrievski. When it comes to SDSM, Zoran Zaev says his party will support the coalition and ruling partners in municipalities where it doesn’t have own candidates. Ramiz Merko will be supported in Struga. When it comes to Tetovo, SDSM members will vote according to their free will.
