Parliament has said that the deadline for filing applications in the frames of the process to elect a new State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) President has finished. There will be 13 candidates in the race.
However, their names will be revealed once the process of administrative selection of candidates adds.
The Chair of the legislature’s Committee on Election and Appointment Issues, VMRO-DPMNE MP Gjorgjija Sajkoski, has said that the procedure to elect Tatjana Dimitrovska’s successor will resume after 3 November, that is, following the local elections.
