An international warrant has been issued against ex-ESM head Vasko Kovacevski in the frames of the Additive case. Also, in absentia, he’s been issued an eight-day detention measure.
Kovacevski had left the country before the investigation was opened on 10 December. He went to Greece towards the end of August. However, police failed to locate him and notified the Court on 27 December he was not in the country.
The investigation into the Additive case covers 23 physical persons and four legal entities for whom there’s reasonable suspicion that they committed multiple crimes, including ones against public finance, payment operations, and official duty.
