Levica leader and MP Apasiev, in the capacity of head of Parliament’s Standing Inquiry Committee on Citizens’ Rights and Freedoms, has scheduled a session for December 9 for a debate on the Kochani fire, i.e. on the petition filed by the March 16 association.
All state leadership members have been invited. If ruling majority MPs don’t attend and there is no quorum, the session will be stopped.
Also, Parliament’s services have confirmed that two initiatives to form a committee of inquiry, filed by SDSM and Levica, as well as by ruling MPs – one concerning the Kochani tragedy and the other also covering the Laskarci, Struma, and Tetovo hospital cases – are entering procedure within the legislative house.
