The informal dinner of foreign ministers that are in Skopje for the OSCE Ministerial Council, hosted by North Macedonia’s Foreign Minister and the OSCE Chairperson-in- Office, Bujar Osmani, was held on Wednesday at the Aleksandar Palace Hotel in Skopje.
As previously announced, heads of delegations of OSCE participating States and countries that are partners discussed the Russian aggression against Ukraine and the need for a functional Organisation at a time of conflicts and increased tensions.
Among the participants was US Secretary of State Antony Blinken. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and the Russian delegation weren’t part of the dinner because they still hadn’t arrived in Skopje. At around 11 pm, media reported that they had landed at the Skopje airport. From Skopje, Blinken left for Israel.
