Borissov and Trifonov React to Mickoski’s Comments on Constitutional Changes Issue

GERB’s Boyko Borissov has described as an “absolute provocation” the question by PM Hristijan Mickoski as to why there is no requirement for Albania to include the 8,000 Bulgarians in its Constitution, considering that that is a condition on the EU path of North Macedonia, where there are around 700-800 Bulgarians.

“That’s an absolute provocation. Simply put, attention shouldn’t be paid to that”, the Bulgarian politician said, saying his country’s Foreign Ministry had reacted well.

There is Such a People’s Slavi Trifonov reacted too, saying he was disappointed because despite all compromises by Bulgaria, Macedonians didn’t demonstrate no respect and gratitude whatsoever.
