The Energy Regulatory Commission, regarding the Triterol Petrol case, has said that the procedure to revoke the license was in line with the Energy Law and Rulebook on Licenses. As it pointed out in Thursday’s press release, it has acted the same way and within the same deadlines in cases concerning companies as well.
The Commission and its President, Marko Bislimoski, who’s been charged over the Triterol Petrol matter, are open to cooperation with all institutions for the case to be solved, it was added in the press release.
“The Commission will not comment on details in order to leave institutions of the system to their job professionally”, it pointed out as well.
Bislimoski himself said there had been no violation of the law.
