After more than three years, a session of the Coordination Body of Mayors has been held, Skopje Mayor Gjorgjievski has said.
“This is a new start, practice we are re-establishing in order for there to be order, coordination, and real work between all municipalities in Skopje”, he noted.
At the same time, tender-related procedures have been started for a series of projects part of his program, including the Limak one, the Gjorche Petrov roundabout, and the one for stabilization of water pressures in higher zones.
“One project I find particularly dear is the Amusement Park one. We’re starting a procedure, while, finally, after decades, our kids will get a place for joy and playing”, the Skopje mayor also pointed out.
Regarding processes within the Communal Hygiene PE, he stated that he expected the situation to be fully normalized in the spring. A procedure has been started to procure 20 new trucks.
