Court to Reportedly not Debate Constitutionality of Law on Languages as Whole

On Monday, 360 Stepeni (360 Degrees) said it had had insight into the Judge-rapporteur’s report that the Constitutional Court would debate on 11 December.

As the portal pointed out, not only does it not propose that a procedure be initiated to assess the constitutionality of the Law on the Use of Languages as a whole, but also it argues that it is grounded in the Constitution.

According to 360 Degrees, a procedure is proposed to assess the constitutionality of general formulations in several articles of the Law, as well as two concrete provisions: symbols on money and carrying out of court procedures.
