Commenting on the Higher Administrative Court’s decision regarding the insulin prices case, the D-r Panovski pharmaceutical wholesaler has said it hasn’t received any ruling.
However, it asks how it was possible for the Administrative Court, which had previously twice ruled in its favour, to make a different decision in the third procedure.
“It’s fully impossible for any pharmaceutical companies to secretly or publicly to be agreeing on drug prices because they’re regulated exclusively by the Health Ministry. That means that, when it comes to the public procurement process in question, D-r Panovski offered prices amounting to that previously determined by relevant institutions in the sector”, the wholesaler adds, stressing that its legal team is getting ready to start procedures Farma Trejd, too, has denied wrongdoing.
