Despite VMRO-DPMNE’s Stand, Filipce again Says Leaders’ Meeting Needed

Despite VMRO-DPMNE’s stand, SDSM leader Venko Filipce again said on Monday that he believed a leaders’ meeting should be held for a discussion on the EU path and all other open issues facing the country. He also proposed for foreign experts to join the Joint History Commission.

However, VMRO-DPMNE MP Ivanka Vasileska stated that there couldn’t be political discussions on matters addressed by science, adding that as long as politics interfered with emotions, science, and tradition, there would be a tunnel with no exit.

When it comes to the DUI-led European Front and the wing of Alliance for Albanians headed by Arben Taravari, they believe the constitutional changes should be made in order for the EU path to be unlocked.
