Regarding the legal processes concerning former SCPC President Dimitrovska, who’s charged with disclosing an official secret to Nebojsha Stojanovikj, who’s among the defendants in the Additive case, her attorney said on Tuesday the data that had ended up with Stojanovikj were publicly available, i.e., they were not an official secret.
When it comes to the charge in relation to the state secret clearance test, he said the checks by the Agency for National Security, not the test, was the key element for obtaining clearance. The Prosecutor’s Office, however, said there was solid evidence to prove the guilt of the accused.
The other defendants are the auditor who’s charged with taking the test for Dimitrovska, Mile Stolevski, Biljana Petrovska-Manteva, currently employed by the Negotino plant, and Borche Najdov. Like Dimitrovska, all of them pleaded not guilty.
